When will my first subscription ship?
Your subscription will begin right away including the current Collection along with a new delivery every three months in March, June and September.
Can I cancel my membership?
Cancellations are not available for memberships. Please be sure to turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.
I want to give a Flock membership as a gift. Do you offer that?
Absolutely! Just provide the recipient’s information when checking out and you’ll be all set.
I moved. How do I update my shipping address?
Just contact us at flock@tenderling.com and we will make sure your account is updated.
