When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. FedEx expedited orders placed before 2PM EST will ship the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 shipping to the continental U.S. Shipping rates for orders under $50, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping outside of the U.S. We hope to add international shipping in the near future.
Do you ship to PO addresses?
Yes! We can ship orders going to PO Boxes via USPS.
How do I find out the status of my order?
If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us at flock@tenderling.com and our team will get back to you within 48 hours or sooner.
Can I cancel my order or modified?
Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
Please report any damaged or missing items to flock@tenderling.com within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
Can I return my order?
Yes, your order can be returned if unused, unopened and shipped within 30 days of receipt. We can not accept returns for used, damaged, opened or final sale items. Please send your order, and its original packing slip to:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times.
